We could create an Impromptu Session to suit your needs. \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fill out the Forms you are presented with<\/li>\n<li>Click Save and record your session Pin number (4 digit)<\/li>\n<li>Arrive at the session and take the test\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions, please email: testing@wc5c.org<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please bring the following<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> One legal photo ID (identification):<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 a<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0State Driver\u2019s License<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 b<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Government issued Passport<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 c<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Military or Law Enforcement Officer Photo ID card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 d<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Student School Photo ID card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 e<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0State Photo ID card<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>2<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> If no photo ID is available, two forms of identification:<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 a<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Non-photo State ID card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 b<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Birth certificate (must have the appropriate seal)<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 c<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Social security card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 d<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Employer\u2019s wage statement or Minor\u2019s work permit<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 e<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0School ID card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 f<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0School or Public Library card<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 g<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Utility bill, bank statement or other business\u00a0correspondence that<br \/>\nspecifically names the person; or a postmarked envelope addressed<br \/>\nto the person at his or her current mailing address as it appears on<br \/>\nthe Form 605.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>3.<\/strong> Students\/minors without a photo ID need to bring only one of the<br \/>\nabove items if a legal guardian presents their photo ID<br \/>\n<em>Minor children (under the age of 18) may be accompanied in the<br \/>\n<\/em><em>room by an adult during the test.<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>4<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0 If applicable, bring either a photocopy of your current Amateur Radio<br \/>\nlicense or a reference copy printed out from the FCC website, ARRL<br \/>\nwebsite or QRZ website, or the original(s) and photocopy(s) of any<br \/>\nCertificates of Successful Completion of Examination (CSCE) you may<br \/>\nhold from previous exam sessions. If your license has already been<br \/>\nissued by FCC, the CSCE showing license credit is not needed.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>5<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0 A calculator with the memory erased and formulas cleared is allowed. We have Calculators available for your use. You may not bring any written notes or calculations into the exam session. Slide rules and logarithmic tables are acceptable, as long as they\u2019re free of notes and formulas.
