The Tri-County Amateur Radio Club – WC5C conducts amateur radio license exams before each monthly meeting. Our meetings are normally the first Saturday of the month. Start times for testing are typically 5:30pm, but may start later. Prior registration required!

Other classes related to education and training may be offered over the course of the year. These will also appear on the front page of the website.

- Pick the date that suits your schedule
- If none of the Dates work for your schedule, please contact us. We could create an Impromptu Session to suit your needs. 🙂
- Fill out the Forms you are presented with
- Click Save and record your session PIN number (4 digit)
- Arrive at the session and take the test 🙂
How we provide you with the Exam:
Taking an Exam with us is very easy. We offer 2 different methods:
- We provide an intuitive Android Tablet, simply touch the screen to answer the questions. Grading is instant.
- We provide a Paper Exam with fill in the Bubble answer Sheet. Grading is instant.

Technician – For exams given July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026
General – For exams given July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027
Amateur Extra – For exams given July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2028
